A link does not endorse the destination. We do not control its content, privacy practices, terms, prices, or availability, and visitors should review the destination's rules.

  • information will be accurate, complete, or current;
  • access will always be available or uninterrupted;
  • the site will be free of bugs, errors, or security weaknesses; or
  • a partner search will return every relevant result.

Custody and public-record information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Butler County Sheriff's Office, a court, or any government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent Alabama law permits, the site, its owners, and its service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside link or tool.
