A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the outside company that powers that tool. Butler County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The search provider may process the query under its separate privacy terms.
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, we retain the message and supplied contact details long enough to respond and manage the exchange. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires disclosure.
